Sample run report:
Walked and ran for 30 minutes. walked 10 minutes, and then ran for 3-minute intervals until the 30 minute mark. Felt great. A little soreness in my right knee when I first went from walking to running but it loosened up quickly. Did most of the exercises when I got home, a little confused about pretending to be a dead bug :)
