These are Hoka One One. I used to be a fan of Pearl Izumi for 10 years until they stopped producing running shoes (last year). So Hoka One One came into the running picture. How many km? I am not diligent enough regarding the rule that recommends that you have to change the running shoes when they reach around 800 km. But now I am thinking that I probably almost follow the rule... I tackle this area like this: I always have at least 2-3 "active" running shoes in a drawer (for different weather and road conditions). On a normal year, I run around 2000 km and I usually buy 2 pairs of shoes per year (the oldest 2 pairs go into "inactive" state or into the garbage... ) ... So I am almost in line with the rule around 800 km per pair :)

Yeah, that sounds about right. I never followed the rule, but with my last 2 pairs I did notice that they lasted about 900km, I was just wondering if it's different for different brands. So I guess it's all the same. Thanks!
