Run Rabbit Run!!!!!
I found this photo of yesterday's race running in the streets of Barcelona:
Taken at 2.5Km from the starting line.
I am at the right side of the pic still fresh and full of power
I don't remember what I was thinking here but I was absolutely focused.
Running is 50% physical condition and 50% of mental strength, If you are concentrated and focused on the target you will success!
And, believe me, also the mental strength have to be trained.
You will not get so far if you did not trained this side of this sport.
i like to see you ahead bro!! keep it on! i saw you ended top 37 amazing!!!!
Thanks bro, well, 37 of my category :-)
I love this: "In running, either in short or long distance races, there is just one enemy to beat and an ally on which to lean, and you are both of them." Thank you for sharing!
I've been inspired I guess :-)
Thanks @dailyrunner
Well, unless you were running against Bolt 100 or 200m, in that case you can beat yourself all you want, you are not beating him :p
Congrats!
Since you're into running and crypto as well, perhaps something like sweatcoin or the movement app would interest you!.
It's a cryptocurrency where you mine coins by running (tracking through gps and such). Sounds perfect for you!!! :)
Wow! Looks interesting, thanks @pandorasbox
Nice post :)
I completely agree with your thoughts on Mental Strength. I find I can keep up my running far better when running various Strava Segments opposed to just running a random route. I've been practising matching my cadence/footstrike rate to my breathing for the past month and it's really improved my mentality!
That's the spirit!
Absolute focus and running with bliss... cheers Eddie!
Even if a lot of it is mental, I unfortunately don’t think I could run that fast at all! Maybe if I trained more though...
Maybe? of course you can!
Well thank you for the motivation!
awesome blog. Over all Thats very good photography...I appreciate to see this photo... That's amazing job
The real purpose isn’t to win a race. It’s to test the limits of the human heart.

Have you ever been consulted about underpronation?
hahahahhah, I am a pure supinator man, falling with the outer side as you can see in the pic...
Good eye!
When I see runners picture first thing I notice is technique :D
