First coaching session of 2018

One of my coaching activities is to lead a mixed ability group of runners on a Tuesday evening. It's inspirational to hear everyone's stories and motivations for running.

As well as the regulars, we had some new faces and a couple of people returning to the group after months away. A brilliantly friendly group of people.

Tonight wasn't quite a record attendance but not far off it. 23 happy runners tonight!
