I know that it is early in the week to write my running report. . But I leave tomorrow morning until Monday and I won't be able to run anymore this week (neither to write here).
However I did 3 runs in 3 days to compensate. I did 3 short runs because I don't have a lot of time and I also like to go for a short run to start my day. But I don't have the same feeling when I run 1 hour before starting my day.
First run: short and fast run
I did a fast run on Monday. I didn't really want to do that but I was feeling great and I decided to do 2 km at full speed. That's why on average I have a good pace.
Second run: short and slow run
On Tuesday I decided to go slow since I did a fast one the day before. So I just did a bit less that 6 km at a slow pace.
Third run: still a short run
Today I did again a short run. I planned to do a longer run but I was not really motivated and I ran out of time. So just a bit more than 6 km but with a big climb in the middle.
In total I did a bit more than 18 km. It's not a lot but considering my week, it's not that bad!
