Random Run

I was feeling a little restless yesterday afternoon so I stepped outside for a run. I didn't have a plan on what route I was going to take except I wanted to run east towards the city and then back. The weather was perfect for a run, mid sixties and partly sunny. Traffic was pretty heavy so I had to be extra careful crossing intersections and running into oncoming traffic.

I started off feeling like I could run for hours but by the end of the run I was ready to rest. Today I feel great and cannot wait to push it a little further on the next run. The goal is still to complete a 20 mile run by the end of the year.
