Running with deers and this week's #runforsteem entry
After a busy week with only a threadmill run it was nice to get outside for a run this weekend. I also feel that my leg has healed quite well, so I will gradually increase intensity again. A friend of mine talked about a 10K trail race in about a month but we'll have to see about that. First priority is to have some more pain free runs. Here is a couple of pictures from my run:
No snow left and the flowers are starting to pop up. Should get greener soon now!
One of the things I really like about running on trails is that sometimes you get to see animals that live in the woods. This winter we have had more snow than usual and both elks and deers have come close to our neighbourhoods. Yesterday I managed to take a picture of one of the two deers I met. It was a bit of a long distance and not the best picture, but can you see it down to the right?
Finally some stats for this weeks Runforsteem challenge:
I can find the deer in your picture !
Absolutt! Variert underlag samt naturlige oppover - og nedoverbakker. Og fuglesang i stedet for bilsus. Bare fordeler.:)
We all have dreams.
But in order to make dreams come into reality,
it takes an awful lot of determination, dedication,
self-discipline, and effort.
