Easy 5Km Night Run
Motivation And Consistency Is Key
Just had an amazing 5km run. I didn't focus on a specific time and neither a certain speed,i just ran for the fun of it. The weather was great and the traffic wasn't much. At my second kilometer i had the urge to puke since i had a big meal a little to close to my work out but i managed to finish without stopping and without puking.
