Short Run Better Than No Run At All!
It's getting harder to get out there in the cold and wet, especially when there's stupid other stuff cluttering up my day, but I made it on Saturday and then realised that actually I'd started out too quick and had to cut it shorter than I'd have liked.
Never mind, I did more than I did all the other days of the week :)
yeah getting out to clear out the mental coffers, forward motion, just keep doing that and getting out, finding peace in the moment, bit by bit. step by step.
