I have played rugby for years, and the forefoot strike is the technique used by the fastest players, and is the most effective for sprint work. Interested to see how this works for endurance running!

Me, too. It's not the full "toe strike" of sprinters, but it feels like it may just as well be, for me, at this point!

That's interesting that rugby dudes use it, too.
