Today, too, I ran after work. As I did a fulfilling workout yesterday, I did soft running today. The set pace was about 5’10”/km. I ran slowly and easily.

Today it was cloudy, but not rainy. The temperature was not so high, so there was not the hotness taking my strength away. This week, I seem to be blessed with a break in the rainy season.

Even though I ran so slowly, my legs became heavy at the final phase of the workout. As running 20K for the second straight days, a soft workout still seems to cause accumulated fatigue in my legs.
