I will run a half marathon on 6th January. So I will take a rest before the race.

But before that, I have to do a thing. I use WAVE EMPEROR as running shoes for a half marathon. As the WAVE EMPEROR which I now use has become old, I bought a new WAVE EMPEROR. My new WAVE EMPEROR’s model and size are exactly same with my old one. So I know the new WAVE EMPEROR fit my feet, but I have to wear it once before the race.
しかし、その前にひとつやらないといけないことがあります。ハーフマラソンにはシューズはWAVE EMPERORを使うのですが、今使っているWAVE EMPERORは古くなってしまったので、新しいWAVE EMPERORを買いました。新しいWAVE EMPERORは今のものとモデルもサイズも全く同じです。なので、足との相性はわかっているのですが、それでもレース前に一度は履いておかないといけません。

In this early morning, I did a short workout with my new WAVE EMPEROR. During the workout, I sometimes changed the pace so that I can check the feeling while wearing it. Nothing was wrong with the feeling.
早朝から、新しいWAVE EMPERORで短いワークアウトをしました。履き心地を確かめるため、何度かペースを変えてワークアウトをしました。履き心地に問題はありませんでした。

This is the last workout before the half marathon. Conditioning was difficult in New Year season, but I will manange to do my best in the race.
