My Running Log 2018-12-12 < Restart After Full Marathon >　ランニング記録2018-12-12 <フルマラソン後の再スタート>

Today I ran after work. This is the first workout after the full marathon last Saturday. My workout restarted with today’s 22km pace running. Although my legs was still recovering from fatigue, I managed to run at goodish pace.
今日は仕事の後に走りました。これが先週土曜日のフルマラソン後はじめてのワークアウトです。今日の22kmペース走でワークアウト再開です。まだ足に疲れは残っているわりには、まあまあのペースで走ることができました。

My next race is the half marathon on 6th of next month. I have to start preparing for the next race, although I have just finished the full marathon.
次のレースは来月6日のハーフマラソンです。フルマラソンを終えたばかりですが、次のレースに向けて準備をはじめなければいけません。
