The info is at the bottom of the latest update post here: https://steemit.com/runningproject/@runningproject/the-steem-running-project-new-services-available-and-6th-status-report You just have to have a post about running for them to look at, then once you're approved send 1 SBD or Steem. You should also check out @jumowa's #runforsteem. That's just a weekly challenge to post one of your runs and you get a split of the challenge post profits. :)
