Another beautiful agate for you to check out tonight! I really like the way the light protrudes through the rock and darkens the bands. These types are especially easy to spot on the beach when the sun shines through them. They really stand out.

Yeah true it does look like lava lol
That's because it is! Most agates are formed from ancient volcanic lava! It took millions of years for this rock to get into my home.
