Hasbro thought that the elderly, who became more introverted with the feeling of loneliness that grew as the age progressed, passed a toy robot as a solution to make them feel better and to be happy. Toy robot cats are not really the first in the industry. There are many toy cats that mourn and make noise when you are reading your head. But Hasbro makes these toys a step further, making them more realistic. Which I think is a great idea that I liked :)
