Dumbo is a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Brooklyn.
The area known as DUMBO used to be known as Gairville.
(DUMBO, short for Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass) is a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Brooklyn.
I was actually pretty lucky to get this shot. They were shooting the Ninja Turtle scene here and that's the only reason the bridge was so well lit. All the yellow lights by the carousel where also props for the movie.
