There is no substitute for oil in hair care. Oil provides most of the nutrients needed for the hair. Not only the hair, it is equally effective in skin care during this rough winter. Sure, coconut oil is being talked about! Coconut oil is very important in removing the toxins of the skin and builds up its normal resistance.

If your skin is dry, you can cure clogging with coconut oil. Wash the face first with water, then rub with coconut oil in your hand and rub it in your mouth. Do not rub your face too much. Massage into circles. Wash after a few minutes, or wipe with lightly soaked cotton water. The skin will be clean and moist.

Use coconut oil when the skin burns in the sun. In the sun, the skin becomes impossibly dry, irritated. Coconut oil brings back lost moisture to the skin, reduces irritation, cools the skin. Put the face back in the sun for 5 minutes by pressing a towel soaked in water. When the skin becomes cold, rub coconut oil.

Coconut oil is quite effective at removing makeup. Apply coconut oil well in the face, your makeup will dissolve in a few seconds. Now wash the face with cotton wipe.

With coconut oil you can heal the skin of your eye care. Coconut oil can reduce eye swelling, bleach or dark circles. Apply a little coconut oil and lighten it under the eyes. That will work.
