We had some good questions yesterday and I felt they deserved a post. I was asked how the names will be picked and what time the drawings will be held.

How We Pick Winners

Step 1

We have decided to use https://www.random.org/lists/ to scramble the member list each day before drawing. This will also assign everybody they're daily number.

Step 2

We will then use https://www.random.org to select the 8 winning numbers/people for the day.

Doing things this way makes it so nobody is stuck with the same slot/number and the parts are always moving to make the choice as random as possible.

Winner Posts/Announcements

We will be announcing the daily winners in a @rewards-pool post the night before they are voted. This will give the winners time to get a post in if they do not have one in the 3 day window. There will be no exceptions if you get picked and dont have a post following the above criteria. You will not be voted nor will you be able to bank that vote for later. So make sure your postin or at least check @rewards-pool daily to see if your picked for the next days round of voting.

Voting

In efforts to space out the votes and give everybody a vote with a good amount of voting power we will be doing the daily winners votes in 2 waves. There will be 4 people voted at 12:00 PM (PST) and the remaining 4 people will be voted at 8:00 PM (PST)

Now everyone remember this is a work in progress once it starts but this is the game plan going in. May some things change? Well im about sure of it, but what will always be a constant is that there will be atleast 8 winners everyday and they will receive a 100% upvote.
