Light Novel 'Märchen Mädchen' Get Manga and Anime Adaptations!

In the second edition of the light novel of the late Tomohiro Matsu, Marchen Madchen is rumored to be getting an adaptation of manga and anime! Light novel made by Tomohiro Matsu is also drawn by Kantoku, unfortunately this announcement does not specify anime format it.

This novel tells of Hazuki Kagimura, a normal lonely girl. His relationship with his adoptive family is also not so good, every day he will drown himself in the world of books. One day, he was thrown into another world by a school of magic through one of the bookcases in his library. In the world Hazuki met with Shizuka Tsuchimikado.

She later learned that the girls who could enter the wizarding school were selected girls chosen from old legends and folklore. They are then taught to use magic in their school. The girls at the school included Kaguya-hime, Shuten Douji, Der Freischutz, the legend of Ramayana, and much more. Hazuki himself was chosen by the story of Cinderella, and this time began his adventure in the wizarding world together with Shizuka.

This novel light series is based on a concept Matsu has worked on for 3 years, and was completed before he died. This work is still credited to him and Kantoku who illustrates his novel. Shueisha then published the first novel under his Dash X Bunko magazine on February 24th
