A diamond in the rough.

If you are ever in the Southwest portion of the United States, give this little hidden gem a try.

I have talked to numerous people that have eaten here and they all say the same thing:

"the food is amazing."

It's a Mom and Pop hole in the wall Italian restaurant.

They have all kinds of different Italian themed food, but pizza and wings are their hallmark.

There are tons of pizza joints in the area but somehow they have managed to differentiate theirs.

On top of that I am a bit of a wing connoisseur and these wings are truly outstanding.

Possibly the best wings I have ever had.

They have just the right amount of crunch and just enough spice in their hottest wings to leave you licking your lips but without bringing you to tears like the ghost wings at other places often do.

Overall rating: 9/10.

If they ever wanted to grow this place, some advertising and a few more locations and they would be rolling in customers.

The food is just that good.
