Your 0.001 got returned with a message (that you obviously didn't read). Resteembot only works because it shares good content. To avoid sharing spam, resteembot refuses the requests of all users that have less than 15 reputation.
Basically, your request got ignoring because the bot thought that you might be a spammer.

But 1 post spamming so my reputation down 45+ to directly 8
It's not good for me
I know how that feels.
My other bot got flagged overnight as well.
