Bahan-bahan
1 cawan beras tidak mentah
1 sudu besar minyak kanola
1/2 bawang, dicincang
2 ulas bawang putih, cincang halus
2 cawan ayam yang dimasak
1 zucchini atau squash kuning, dihiris
1 (15 oz.) Boleh diced tomato
1 (15 oz.) Boleh jagung, dibasuh & dibilas
Arah
1 Masak beras mengikut pakej
Arah.
2 Dalam periuk besar, minyak haba lebih
haba sederhana. Tambah bawang dan bawang putih,
masak dan kacau sehingga lembut. Tambah
zucchini atau squash kuning dan
terus masak selama 2 minit. Tambah
ayam, tomato dengan jus, jagung dan
oregano.
3 Masukkan nasi, tutup dan kurangkan haba
rendah dan terus masak selama 5
minit. Keluarkan dari haba dan biarkan
berdiri 5 minit sebelum berkhidmat.
