Anybody help me see Governor Abbott?

For over forty years I've kept a secret that now I feel, with an honest president and governor in office, I can divulge and exploit. Anyone that can help me to reach my governor (I've tried but had no luck getting passed his "filters") will share in the success this venture can bring.
