I feel like my account has been penalized because I reposted sometimes. Well, I reposted content that I wanted ALL the user to see. Perhaps not to like, but to see.

One of the weak points of this system is the rapid ageing of the post.

So REPOST makes sense. If you are a stupid bot trying to flag duplicate content, FIRST OF ALL READ IT, and see if it is IMPORTANT. OTHERWISE YOU ARE AN DUMB ROBOT, NOTHING TO BE PROUD OF.
