We raised a fund of 263.352 STEEM in last 30 days in total.

I am so glad to have all you as support. Especially thanks to @Adsactly community for caring about child education and support it different ways.
This month I am going to sell 150 Steem Total. I sold the 150 Steem on bittrex and I received 384.08 Perfect money USD by selling the BTC.
So the price of each was 384.08/150 = 2.56 USD. The Transaction cost to get the fund in bank is 13.9% + 6.81 USD fee (Exchange fee to the Local bank). So I will receive 323.88 USD cash.
@Kenny-crane donated 16.63 USD from our friendship chicken farming business. this month.
So total cash I received this month 323.88 + 16.63 = 340.51 USD.
Last surplus amount was 1356.537 USD. after adding this month fundraising amount, the total fund will be 1356.537+ 340.51 = 1697.047 USD.

The expenses are unavoidable each month but it can change in future.

Variable Costs
Other operational costs we made according to funding. The cost of fruits program for kids and lunch program each month depends on your funding. We had some unusual cost like plates and water glasses for the monthly lunch program, fan and water filters. Education materials also an unavoidable cost but it depends on needs. We also had an annual sports event this month, we allocated prizes for kids which is also an unusual cost for us. Monthly lunch program was around 187.5 USD last month and this month we decreased it to 93.75 USD. It will increase or decrease according to funding and also can be stopped in case we fail to reach our expected fund.

The total cost of the school was 593.14 USD last 30 days. We had some fixed cost last month and as lunch program every month started, we need more fund each month to continue our desired programs.

Good report Mohammed.
It might be useful to separate expenses into two parts :
a) fixed expenses every month (like rent, internet, assistant teacher etc)
b) ad-hoc, variable expenses.
That way it would give an absolute baseline for fundraising.

The expenses were bigger than the income. There is something that can be worked on otherwise the surplus might be gone in a couple of months.
