@rePhoto curation announcement:
As @rePhoto continues it's quest of world domination, it seems only natural that we should start to expand our vision and acquire more photography troops to work alongside our fellow team members. Therefore, we are inviting fellow Legend(s) active in the photography community, to help us manually curate the awesome photography content we have on the Steemit platform!
What is @rePhoto?
Some of the best photography content on steemit is also the most undervalued. This is not through lack of effort, skill or talent of the author, but simply the post falling through the cracks to "the bottom of the pile". This is most common with minnow's and photographer's new to the steemit platform.
rePhoto's primary aim is to give author's at least one more chance of exposure to the photography community. It resteem's only photography content back to photographer's across the steemit platform. rePhoto also use's a random upvote algorithm to increase exposure to post's and furthermore reward photography work through a fair system. There is also manual curation constantly searching for undervalued content to reward.

Manual curation is used especially to promote authors where additional time, effort and love is clearly reflected in their photography work."

Curation of content is what makes this platform so beautiful, rewarding others for their work and creativity! As mentioned above, @rePhoto is dedicated to working primarily alongside minnows and new photographers to the Steemit platform, and as a manual curator this is exactly what you will be doing.
As the photography community grows we will be:
- Consistently searching for undervalued content
- Handing out upvotes and offering the @rePhoto service to photographers across the community
- Growing our following base of photographers
These are the current goals of our project. ANYONE is welcome to apply.
Of course, everyones time is valuable, and in return for your help you can expect upvotes from @rePhoto and other accounts on all your posts.

Juts found out about @rePhoto. I like the goal and the manual curation aspect, but if people simply have to transfer some amount of SBD to get upvoted and resteemed, then there is no guarantee on the quality of the feed, or am I missing something? If the feed's quality is not top notch, then people won't follow it and the whole purpose is defeated.

As a service, @rePhoto can be used by anyone to resteem photography content. With this resteem comes the possibility of a random upvote with a vote strength currently set at 33.33%. Since the cost of our service is no more than $0.10, the random upvote will return some of that cost - sometimes more as the price of steem rises.
Our manual rewards however are where we aim to really help minnows and those undervalued. @rePhoto's returns from people using the resteem service are put towards delegation, and as more people use it you will notice the delegation amount increase. When we upvote manually the vote strength is set between 75-100%, so a post that is worth $0.02 will increase to around $0.14 at this time. As our delegation increases along with the price of steem, so will the rewards, and that is when we will really be able to give back to the photography community. Of course manual curation is a big task, hense why we are advertising for another curator.
On top of this we also manually sponsor and curate particular photography contests!
