You should have called out your christian friend on their thoughtless hypocrisy.
Here to agree with @deadsparrow and glad you called out that hypocrisy @udochi. I completely agree that differences in belief are not reasons for death. It hurts my heart that so many have their faith systems skewed both internally and externally as with media representations of Muslims as the primary religious terrorists when far more self-identifying Christians have committed violent acts of terror globally. Not here for an argument. Simply compassion for those who are defensive, even if wrongly, about intolerance of their system of belief when they are the politically/globally oppressed party.
I did. But still, everyone has an opinion and we gotta respect that. No one deserves to be killed for having an opinion contrary to one's faith. That was what i tried explaining to Farouk.
