I think we are pretty much saying the same thing here. My view is that there are a lot of reasons that people get into relationships. Obviously sex is one of them. I feel that if people get into a relationship for purely physical reasons, they are missing a lot of the important parts about being in a relationship. In the context of a long-term loving relationship, sex should not be primary reason for the relationship's existence, but having it there is still an important part.
