Well, she needs counselling and certainly her parents need to be aware so that she won't lose her life and destroy her future. I may not be far from the truth if I add that the lady must have previously been a victim of rape. They see sexual abuse as almost normal and continue in abusive relationships. She certainly needs help. I hope she gets out of this fast and alive.
