This is actually one worst case scenario in a relationship.

The lady is already suffering before the main suffering and she she is already dying slowly.

My advice.

1. She needs prayer
2. She needs everyone around her to keep telling her the truth
3. Her parents needs to be aware of her predicament
4. Maybe movies on relationship can be if help
5. She needs a relationship counsellor..

Definitely she has gotten herself into the wrong relationship and she only needs help in other to escape her captive.
