Hello Friends ~ Good Day (or Evening!) :)

Have you gotten your Nature Therapy on today, my fellow Steemians? I always find it to be healing taking time to just be with nature...and so I invite you to come along on my adventures through the sharing of my Reiki Healing Journey photos. Of course, I truly hope you also give yourself this gift (even if only for a short time) each day.

Allowing ourselves this time and space among our favorite places can help us melt away stress, anxiety & fear. This all natural medicine enables us to connect more easily with our heart, and to hear ourselves think. Engaging in meditative experiences such as Nature Therapy, we present ourselves with an opportunity to consciously align with our greatest good and best version of self. Choosing to move forward with clear intent, we begin to shift into a higher vibration, naturally drawing ourselves into a new "orbit" in our daily lives.
