Humans by themselves are capable of vast amounts of energy manipulation, but its divided down multiple kinds of energy sub-denominations, and much like Steemit, to use and manipulate more, you gotta build and work up your proficiency and ability to harness them. Some objects naturally, by their very essence, possess transmute potency for specific energies (especially crystals and their many types), so by joining with a human's manipulation effort, they can function as enhancing conduits for said energies. Its really quite cool.
