How YOU can Help ReggaeSteem (And any other Tribe) - YOUR Posts as Example

Its been a couple of days since I post my last (and first) post on Reggaesteem. Its because I was out of RC and that basically closed my mouth, until now.
I am #stoned, again. Because of that, my mind is kinda all over the place and I procrastinate A LOT. If you want to go to the content where I immediately talk on how you can help this beautiful tribe. In particular with making amazing posts that are gonna be found online, you need to go right below the first picture.
Ok great, you made it.
First of all, I see so much sh't posts on all the different Tribes that my eyes hurt and my heart bleeds. So many people post the crap out of it with doing no single tiny bit of effort. What do they think?
Ahhh what a wonderful day. Let's bring no value to anyone's life or whatsoever. Let me look for a shitty image online and share it for the 4320118345th time on Steemit. There MUST be 1 person who hasn't seen this stupid flower, yet.

I have seen @crypticat himself doing downvotes on posts that bring not much value to this tribe, kudos. Quality over quantity, its the same with everything in life.
In this post, I want to show you the POWER of SEO and STEEMIT, together. Wich, IF you use it correctly, is a very powerful tool. You can create magic below your fingers, or crap, it is totally up to you.
In the next examples, I will show you how you can help by writing posts and articles on https://Reggaesteem.io. It is basically pretty simple, yet I see just a few people doing it. Let´s start with examples to make things more clear.
On this image, you see @crypticat 's post rank FIRST for the title he used. His blogpost: My Favourite Tropical Vacation: Roatán, Honduras is even above websites like Tripadvisor, Pinterest and other well-established websites.
Yes, I know, nobody will look for this exact title, but, people ARE looking for tropical vacations and destinations. And they do this by the thousands, every single freakin day.
To show you that his posts even rank if the words in the title or not in the exact order, I made some snapshots from a fresh cookie clear browser.
And in this one, I even added another popular word, yet still, it ranks third!
So what do I mean by all this? YOU can do this too. I show you.
On the internet, there are many different tools you can use to help your post rank higher. Free and paid.
You can write content that people are actually looking for right now. And there are tools if you don't have inspiration.
Quick lesson SEO: Search Engine Optimisation. In short, get your ass seen on Google. Words that people type in a Google Search Bar are Keywords. Phrases are Keyword Phrases. You have keywords, like "Bong" , these are people who are just looking for a random bong. And you have exact keyphrases: A pink dragonball shape bong in titanium. These are people that know what they are looking for. These are the people you are gonna target.
@shanibeer - His post ranks also for just a couple words. FIRST on Reggaesteem, also on Steemit and Busy.org in top 3
Free tools like Google keyword tool (adwords account needed) and Keywords Everywhere help you quite a lot. Paid services like SEMrush takes it to the next level. Just put in something like: 'Jamaica´ and hundreds of different related keywords and phrases pop-up.
Why does it work? Because you post it on STEEMIT. The https://Steemit.com website has a very high authority and everything you post on the network will be seen on Google instantly. This means, IF you write good content and if you use some techniques to improve your blog for SEO, you are now HELPING the blockchain. StmInc gets paid for people who visit the website and watch and klick ads. So the more people YOU bring to the website, the more the company earns, and maybe you and me.
Now, to help the tribe, you can put the link to the reggaesteem tribe in your posts. (I really hope you get it. Explaining things are hard when baked)
When your post is published, copy the link of your created post on https://Reggaesteem.io. This looks like this: https://reggaesteem.io/@you/titlepost. and click on EDIT POST.and put it somewhere in the text. So when people visit it through Google-search and Steemit, they will come to this tribe as well and hopefully create an account.

To make a long story short: Write great content and use titles, tags and images to help your post rank high on Google..

I see there a some people having questions about SEO for Steemit. I am in progress of making the most comprehensive guide for STEEMIT SEO. I hope I can post it here on https://reggaesteem.io too because I am afraid almost nobody will see it and make use of it. ( so cryptocitty please don't downvote;))

@doitvoluntarily: Yes I think StmInc should ad some kind of future like that again. Or something that shows how many traffic you generate organicaly through search-engines and reward authors who write sick content and drive traffic to the block.
Really helpful to understand how tags work outside Steem for SEO - good lesson there.
Also, 500 words is a good guide, plus how to adapt :) I know I'm missing a trick with media - got to spend more time honing posts and less time curating ha ha :)

Have a full upvote, I appreciate the flattery. One thing people should know a bout SEO is to make it specific and use the words a few times in the body. Reggae and Steem are great subject, combined #Reggaesteem is greater!

wish they would bring views back so we could see how well the posts are doing? 👍 i know someone mentioned that those views had potentially been manipulated prev but even if they aren't 100% accurate it'd be better than nothing.. was great to see the stats the regsteem team posted recently to see how it's going😄👌

@whatsthatcryptom, Yes, our Content is adding value or devalue to these Interfaces so for sure we have to put efforts into content and with that SEO Techniques to boost the content in Search Engine world. This Knowledge Transfer is appreciable aspect.
