What should I do to qualify or compete in the reggaesteem? Is it just for singer? Or is it also for those who promote the Caribbean rhythm?
I'm not sure I understand what you mean? You do not need to "qualify" for reggaesteem. Anyone is welcome as long as they are sharing Caribbean related content - music, food, art, fashion, tourism, experiences, etc.
