What a cool idea for a post. That pizza place looks amazing. And I can definately vouch for the insight timer app - my favourite is Jennifer Piercy's Yoga Nidra for Sleep. A great healing practice!
Oooh, I will definitely check that out! I've just started practicing yoga nidra a few months ago, but I always just find youtube videos. I had no idea there was one on the Insight Timer app. Thanks for the info!!! And thanks for stopping by to read and comment.
