Today I made another version.

  • I replaced the butter with one egg, and left out the salt, spice and baking soda.
  • I had to add bit more ground almonds as the egg made it wetter, so if I use egg again, I'll just use the yolk
  • I made them a little thicker and they were still a little soft in the middle
