HOMEMADE CHEESE CRACKERS

INGREDIENTS:

Hard cheese (without abomasum) - 220 g

• butter - 4 tbsp.

• flour - 1 glass

• soda - 2 tbsp.

• salt - ¾ tsp.

PREPARATION:

1. Rub the cheese on a small grater.

2. Put the grated cheese, butter of room temperature, flour, salt and grind into a fine crumb into the blender. After adding water and whisk again, until a homogeneous dough is formed.

3. The finished dough is wrapped in a food film and sent to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

4. Chilled dough thinly rolled out, cut into small pieces and put on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

5. Bake crackers in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
