Korean Chicken Teriyaki & Taoge Recipe
Ingredients
- Fillet chicken to taste
- Salt to taste
- Spice soak:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- Korean Taoge
- Taoge to taste, wash, boil briefly
- Spice:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- to taste roasted sesame
Steps
Chicken Teriyaki: Puncture chicken with a fork, baluri salt to taste. Mix all spices soak, put chicken, let chicken 30 minutes - 1 hour to seep.
Heat the skillet with low heat, put the chicken, cover the pan, roast chicken until cooked (no need to be added oil).
Taoge Korea: In a bowl, mix all seasonings, taste test.
Add bean sprouts, roasted onions and roasted sesame.
