Ayam goreng tepung
Ayam Goreng Tepung
Bahan :
1/2 ekor ayam ukuran sedang bersihkan lalu tiris
5 siung bawang putih haluskan
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1/2 sdt cabe bubuk bisa di skip
2 butir putih telur kocok sebentar
Garam secukupnya
1 bungkus tepung kentucky boleh pakai merk apa saja
5 sdm tepung terigu
Langkah :
Tuang ayam ke dalam loyang, masukkan bumbu halus, bumbu bubuk & garam, aduk agar bumbu dan ayam tercampur rata. Diamkan minimal 15 menit.
Campur tepung bumbu dan tepung terigu, aduk sampai rata.
Ambil ayam, balurkan pada tepung, lalu masukan ke putih telur, kemudian balurkan lagi pada tepung. Lakukan sampai ayam habis.
Goreng dengan api sedang.
