Sandwich with poultry meat and apple

Ingredients:

• baked, toasted or cooked turkey or chicken;
• whole wheat bread;
• lettuce leaves;
• your favorite cheese;
• apples.

Preparation

Prepare the poultry meat in any of these ways and cut into small pieces. Remove the core from the apple and cut into thin slices. Put on the piece of whole grain bread lettuce leaves, apple, cheese and poultry, cover with the second piece of bread. To ensure that the sandwich is not so dry, a bit of yogurt with a natural flavor mixed with lemon juice can be added as a sauce.
