Ingredients
Dough for Bread
- Flour 1 cup
- Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: As taste
For the past
- Onion Sliced, Carrot Sliced, Cabbage Sliced, Green Chili Slice, As taste (according to Dough)
- Egg: 3
- Bit Salt( Black salt), Coriander Powder, Chut Spice, Black Pepper Powder As taste.
- Tomato sauce: As quantity.
Steps
Roll Bread making
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together and make the dough. Then cover with wet cloth for 15 minutes.
Step 2
After 15 minutes, Rub the bread dough, in this case the flour will not be used during rub. The bread will be made with oil.
Step 3
Now you have to take a small heat the breads in a Pan and oil can not be given. Then Put the egg with a little oil in the pan. (3 eggs should be Smashed with a small quantity of salt, each bread should be poured to a certain quantity of egg mixture, all of egg can not be mixed at all).
Pour making
Step 1
Now add sliced Onion , Carrot , Cabbage and little bit of green chili in the oil and keep moving it 4-5 minutes with bit salt(Black salt), chut spices, coriander powder and black pepper powder. This stuff will be a bit crunchy. Do not over boil it.
Roll making
Step 1
Then put the vegetables in the bread with the egg, stirring it with a tamarind sauce (or instead of mayonnaise), roll it with tomato sauce. roll with the help of toothpicks. A tasy egg stick roll is made....
