Delicious Bengali Curd Sweet (Rasogolla)Making Recipe.

Sweets are very important for every party in Bangladesh. This is made at almost all parts of the country. Different types of sweets are made in different types of area. Curd sweet is one kind of sweet. We can made curd sweet in our house.

Ingredients

  • Curd: 1 cup
  • Sugar: 4 tablespoons
  • Ghee: 1 teaspoon
  • Condensed milk: 4 table spoons
  • Cardamom powder: half teaspoon
  • Mawa: As Quantity

Steps

Step 1
Divide the curds into two parts.

Step 2
Mix 4 tablespoons of sugar with one part of curd.

Step 3
Now put a pan in stove and heat ghee in it. Now put the sugar mixed curd.

Step 4
After some time the sugar water will be shown. After two to three minutes, the water will be dried.

Step 5
If the water is dry, now mixing the condensed milk and heat two more minutes and add cardamom powder.

Step 6
After that when the curd will be together (that means it will separate from the pan) stop the heat.

Step 7
When the curd become light hot, then the other half have to be mixed with it.

Step 8
After that make little ball of curd and it should be rolled into the Mawa. If you do not have Mawa, then the mixture of condense milk and a little ghee can be mixed together and the curd ball can be wrapped in it.

Step 9
Now it is ready to eat.
