A recipe for Chicken breasts stuffed with cottage cheese and sun-dried tomatoes
This is my favorite one of the best recipe with cottage cheese. Chicken breasts, stuffed with cottage cheese and sun-dried tomatoes are delicious and enjoyable any moment.

Ingredients
- 5-6 sun-dried tomatoes;
- several branches of basil;
- 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- ½ lemon;
- 2 chicken breasts;
- dried herbs - to taste;
- a little vegetable oil.
Preparation
Finely cut the sun-dried tomatoes and basil leaves and mix them with the cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper and add a little lemon juice.
Make in the breasts a deep longitudinal incision and put inside the curd filling. Rub the chicken with dried herbs, sprinkle with lemon juice and put into a frying pan with preheated oil. Fry for a few minutes on each side until they lightly brown. Then transfer the breasts to a baking tray and bake at 220 ° C for about 10 minutes.
