LOL! My committed carnivore son absolutely loves these steaks. In fact, I plan to cook these for our Christmas dinner.
As I read the ingredients, I could picture in my mind (or my taste-bud imagination) what it must taste like. Hope your dinner turns out great. By the way, where do you buy those shrooms? I have never seen them before.
I'm lucky enough to have a wonderful organic mushroom farmer in my hometown. She keeps me supplied with some beautiful and delicious organic mushroom varieties.
