Delicious Soya Fried Rice at Home

Here's a simple recipe for a Soya Fried Rice.

Fried Rice with Soyabean is a quick and easy dish, especially when you want something different for lunch. Soya contain protein and fiber and are also mostly used in making vegetable rice.

Ingredients


  • Rice (250 grams)

  • Soyabean (100 grams)

  • Onion (2)

  • Green Onion

  • Coriander leaves

  • Green Chillies (4-5)

  • Beans (1/2 cup)

  • Lemon

  • Thyme

  • Soya Sauce, Tomato Sauce

  • Ginger Garlic Paste (2 tablespoons)

  • Black pepper (1 tbsp)

  • Chili Powder (1 tbsp)

  • Turmeric Powder (1/2 tbsp)

  • Vegetable Powder (1 tbsp)

  • Salt

  • Butter

  • Oil


Preparation



First of all, put soya bean in hot water for 15 minutes.

And till then make onion paste.

Then cut the green onions, peppers, carrots and bin into small pieces.

Then squeeze out the soybean and add onion paste, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, celery, turmeric powder, coriander powder, vegetable spices and salt as per taste and mix it aside.

Now put the rice on the gas and put the pan on the other side.

When it gets hot, add oil and some butter to it.

Add cumin seeds and after that add beans, chilli and fry well.

Then add soybeans to it and fry it well.

Then put green onions and then add the cooked rice and add soya sauce and tomato sauce to it and mix it.

Then add vegetable powder and coriander leaves and your soya fried rice is ready, serve it hot now.
