Thank you for the suggestion. I am fortunate to have a mango tree in front of my house and it's always nice to put a mango in, but I have never tried the combination you suggest.
The reason I like it is because it's vegan, have no very refined products like soy milk, but still give this creamy milky, consistency! Let me know what you think if you try it someday ;)
