Who does not have enough protein? ๐ Here is a simple high-protein dish. And what's really cool is that it can be eaten both hot and cold as a snack / salad ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ

INGREDIENTS:
๐ฅ red lentils 200gr
๐ฐ onion 2 large
๐ฟ coriander 200-300 gr
PREPARATION:
๐ท lentils are best washed and soaked overnight, cook for 20 minutes. And if you do not have time, then just rinse and cook for 40-50 minutes.
๐ท chop the onion finely and fry until it is clear
๐ท cut the cilantro and add it to the fried onions
๐ท For the best we boil cooked lentils. We mix everything and let it brew for 5-10 minutes.
For one serving you will get about 10-15 grams of protein ๐ช๐ช๐ช
