Who does not have enough protein? ๐Ÿ˜‹ Here is a simple high-protein dish. And what's really cool is that it can be eaten both hot and cold as a snack / salad ๐Ÿฅ™๐Ÿฅ™๐Ÿฅ™

INGREDIENTS:
๐Ÿฅœ red lentils 200gr
๐ŸŒฐ onion 2 large
๐ŸŒฟ coriander 200-300 gr

PREPARATION:
๐Ÿท lentils are best washed and soaked overnight, cook for 20 minutes. And if you do not have time, then just rinse and cook for 40-50 minutes.
๐Ÿท chop the onion finely and fry until it is clear
๐Ÿท cut the cilantro and add it to the fried onions
๐Ÿท For the best we boil cooked lentils. We mix everything and let it brew for 5-10 minutes.

For one serving you will get about 10-15 grams of protein ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช
