It's just me :-) I like experiencing eating food as whole food including the skin and seeds. If it is not too bad, I eat them anyway because most likely the skin and seeds have more nutrients than the meat.

About roasting pumpkin seeds:

  • Preheat oven to 300 F /150C.
  • Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter, salt and any seasonings you would like.
  • Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Stir occasionally.
